Kaman is a restaurant point-of-sale application for business operators and staff. We do not sell, share, or monetize any data. The app is a business tool — all data it handles belongs to your business.
The app processes order data, table numbers, item details, and payment totals to operate its core features. Customer names and phone numbers may be entered by staff when creating an order. No data is collected from customers directly.
Device network settings (local IP addresses) are used solely to connect to printers on your local network. No full card numbers are stored or transmitted through the app.
All business data is stored on your own backend servers and local devices. Kaman does not operate its own cloud storage for your data. Local app settings and print logs are stored on the device and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
Kaman does not share data with any third parties. The app communicates only with your business's own backend and the Kaman Print Server running on your local network. No data leaves your environment.
Kaman is a business application intended for restaurant operators and staff. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
